CTU 2017 Abhivandanam Sessions

Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam is glad to announce practice sessions for the performances during the CTU 2017 Abhivandanam to be held on Sat, 6 May 2017 at the Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago (HTGC).

Practice sessions for Utsava Sampradaya Krithis are already in progress.

This announcement is about the practice sessions for Lakshmi Ashtothram,  Hanuman Chalisa and Nama Ramayanam.

At CTU’s request, Smt. Maragatham Mani will be training these groups based upon the Smt. M.S. Subbalakshmi style of rendering these epic slokams.

Practice Schedule: To be announced in Feb 2017 

  • Practice sessions and review sessions will be held for Lakshmi Ashtothram
  • Practice sessions will be held for Hanuman Chalisa depending upon the number of new registrants received
  • Review sessions will be held for Hanuman Chalisa and Nama Ramayanam 

Registration Deadline: Registration for the CTU 2017 Abhivandanam sessions is now closed.
