Letter of Certification for Volunteering

Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam is always grateful to our volunteers working around the year. 

To obtain a letter of certification for your employer or school about your volunteering activity for CTU, please send the following information to ctu {dot} fin {AT} ChicagoTyagarajaUtsavam.org.

• Full name
• Address
• Phone Number
• E-mail address
• Employer’s name
• Employer’s address
• The person to whom the letter should be addressed
• The date(s) you are volunteering
• Number of hours volunteered
• CTU Activities you are performing during this time
• Date by which you need the letter

CTU will e-mail you a scanned image of the Letter of Certification within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving the required information.
