Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam well-wishers have an opportunity to support the Utsavam if they know of individuals (including themselves) travelling to India and back to USA before Mar 31, 2014. The Utsavam received a ticket from Air India as part of a fund raising effort last year. This ticket is available for purchase for a discounted value of $1000. All proceeds will be used to support the activities during the upcoming music festival in 2014.
Update on 21 Jan 2014: Based on an update just received from Air India, please note that there is a government tax applicable (up to $120) depending on the city traveled to in India. The exact amount can be determined only at the time of making the reservation. This amount is in addition to the ticket price of $1000.
