Request Submission Deadline: 31 Aug 2009
The production and distribution of DVDs is dependent upon the following factors:
- Number of requests received by the Request Submission Deadline
- Feasibility of producing the requested number of DVDs in a cost-effective manner
CTU will provide an update in Sep 2009 after reviewing the requests received through the Request Submission Deadline.
Availability and Prices
- Recordings are available for the following performances
- CTU Group performances – $5 per copy for each group performance
- a) Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram, b) Pancharatna Kritis, c) Utsava Sampradaya Kritis, d) Western Orchestra and e) Geetharthamu
- CTU Teacher Sessions having a single group of 25 or more children – $5 per copy
- All other performances ** – $50 per copy per performance
- CTU Group performances – $5 per copy for each group performance
** Note: Only applies to Homage To Tyagaraja performances including Individual Performances, Accompanied performances as well as performances rendered during Teacher Sessions.
Process
Interested parties are requested to send an e-mail to request {AT} tyagaraja-chicago.org with the following information by Aug 31, 2009.
- Your first and last name
- Your mailing address and phone number
- Group Performances that the recording is desired for
- Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram – # of copies
- Pancharatna Kritis – # of copies
- Utsava Sampradaya Kritis – # of copies
- Western Orchestra – # of copies
- Geetharthamu – # of copies
- Other performances
- First and Last name of the child
- # of copies desired
- Full name of the teacher (for Teacher Session performances)
- Day of the performance – Saturday, Sunday or Monday
- Approximate time of the performance
- Name of the Kriti performed
- Vocal or Instrumental
- Name of the instrument (if applicable)
- Raagam (if applicable)
- Thalam
Payment Options
Payment may be made at the CTU Front Desk during the T.V. Sankaranarayanan Sep 19 Concert in person.
Subject to receipt of the payment, CTU will make the DVDs available for pickup at upcoming CTU events including the CTU 2009 Music Competition in Oct 2009.
