Information to be provided by hosts to CTU before a VSS session

CTU requests families who have been scheduled to host a Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram session to provide the following information to ctu.vss {AT} chicagotyagarajautsavam.org at least one month before the date the session is scheduled at their residence:

• Names of the adult family members
• Address
• E-mail
• Phone number
• At least one cell phone number
• Directions to the residence in one of the following formats:
  • Actual directions in text
  • Hyperlink (URL) to directions specific to the residential address of the host
• Any parking restrictions
• Is food (prasadam, snack or dinner) being served after the session
• Should interested attendees offer to prepare a food item (potluck dinner)
• Would you be interested in hosting another CTU Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram session?
