Additional clarifications on Participant Payment Guidelines (2017)

  • Attendance at all performances require the applicable payment for the day of the respective performance or should have purchased a package that includes the day of the respective performance.
  • Participants in all CTU performances must pay the attendance rates applicable for the day on which the performance is held.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform on Saturday, 27 May should have made the applicable attendance payment for Saturday, 27 May.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform Accompanied Performances should have made the applicable payment for Saturday, 3 June.  Additionally, the Lead Performer for the Accompanied Performance must also pay the Fee for Accompanied Performance.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform Individual Performances should have made the applicable payment for at least one day.
  • Families of contestants scheduled to perform on Saturday, 3 June (e.g. Music Competition) should have made the applicable payment for Saturday, June 3rd and also paid the fees for the contestant to perform in the Live Competition.
  • Payments made by the registrant’s family for Saturday, 27 May does not apply towards attendance on any other days of the festival.
  • If a child is performing in the Divya Nama Sankeerthanams (for example), the family that the child belong’s to should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Sunday, 28 May. This payment is due irrespective of whether the given family had already paid for Saturday, 27 May.
