CTU 2015 Participant Payment Guidelines

Participants performing in all CTU events including the ones listed below must pay the rates applicable for the day on which the event is held.

 

  • Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram
  • Pancharatna Kritis
  • Chetulara
  • Pragata Samarpanam
  • Homage to Tyagaraja Sessions including
    • Teacher Sessions
    • Individual Performances
    • Group Performances
    • Accompanied Performances
  • Divya Nama Sankeerthanams
  • Bhavayami Raghuramam * (See Special note below)
  • Gitarthamu
  • CTU Music Competition

All participants will need the appropriate wrist-band for the day of the performance.  Wrist-bands may be obtained at the front-desk on the day of the performance once the appropriate payment has been made.

This means the following:

  • If a child is performing in the Divya Nama Sankeerthanams (for example), the corresponding family should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Sunday. This payment is due irrespective of whether the given family had already paid for Saturday.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform on Saturday should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Saturday.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform Accompanied Performances should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for all three days of the festival. Additionally, the Lead Performer for the Accompanied Performance must also pay the Fee for Accompanied Performance.
  • Families of registrants scheduled to perform Individual Performances should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Sunday.
  • Families of contestants scheduled to perform on Monday (e.g. Music Competition) should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Monday and also paid the fees for the contestant to perform in the Live Competition.
  • Payments made by the registrant’s family for Saturday does not apply towards concerts on Sunday or Monday.
  • Attendance at all concerts and dance events require the applicable payment for the day of the respective performance.
  • *Special Note for Bhavayami Raghuramam registrants:
    • Families of Bhavayami Raghuramam participants should have made the applicable payment (single/couple etc.) for Sunday, the day on which Bhavayami Raghuramam is scheduled to be performed.
    • The $20 registration fee already paid by families of Bhavayami Raghuramam registrants will be adjusted against the payments due for those families’ attendance at the festival.
    • Families interested in paying the adjusted amount must do so at the Bhavayami Raghuramam Practice sessions to be held on Sunday, 3 May 2015 and Sunday, 17 May 2015.  These payments may be only made by personal check or cash.
    • Families electing to pay the full amount (without any adjustments) can make their payments online.
