Call for Submissions to CTU 2015 Tyagaraja Vijayam Magazine

Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam invites you to submit interesting articles for the CTU Annual Magazine – Tyagaraja Vijayam – to be published during Utsavam 2015.

Suggested Topics

• Your experience attending and being an integral part of the 3-day Annual Utsavam festival
• Your experience attending and being part of other events like the following:
  • Abhivandanam
  • Homage to Tyagaraja performances
  • Concerts and Dance performances
  • Competition
  • Utsavam Feast !!
• Your experience hosting, attending and participating in various CTU practice sessions around the year
• Challenges and rewards of teaching music and dance in North America
• Challenges and rewards of organizing and running an Utsavam in Chicago
• Your experiences related to St. Tyagaraja that can be related to the Utsavam context.

And by the way, if you have doodling skills – some cartoons relevant to Utsavam/carnatic music are most welcome.
