CTU thanks Sri B.U.Ganesh Prasad for spending this time in Chicagoland and dedicating his time and effort to conduct the camp.

Quote from Sri B. U. Ganesh Prasad:

This years CTU 2008 spring camp was very satisfying & I am happy for all the students who participated in the camp. It was very heartening to see most of the students keenly taking part in the CTU events during the Thyagaraja Utsavam be it in Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram, Utsava Sampradaya Kritis, rendering Pancharatna Kritis, participating in the Western Orchestra & listening to the concerts by senior musicians. I would like to say the highlight of the Utsavam was involvement of these kids in all these events with lot of enthusiasm & involvement & hats off to them for their painstaking efforts.

I was specially impressed with last event of the Utsavam, rendering of Geetharthamu ,which was rendered with a great deal of classical flavour in it.

I request all the camp participants to continue with regular practice & listening to good music everyday in the form of recordngs & try & attend as many concerts as they can & keenly observe & absorb the finer aspects of our music.

I would like to thank Sri Prasad Ramachandran & Smt Savitha Ramachandran for hosting me & making this camp possible in a successful manner.
