Utsavam 2009 Tickets — Call for Annadhata support

We solicit Annadhatas to sponsor free food for all attendees by donating $500 per family. Annadhatas are entitled to 2 adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2008 concerts CD set. Two seats will be reserved in the front rows for Annadhatas on a first come-first served basis.

CTU well wishers donating $250 or more will receive two adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2008 concerts CD set.

Annadhatas ($500 or more) and CTU well wishers planning on making donations of $250 or more are requested to send an e-mail to info {AT} tyagaraja-chicago.org so that we can better plan the number of complimentary CD sets to be prepared in advance.

 Payments may also be made at the CTU 2009 Grand Rehearsal on Sunday, May 17 2009 at the Sama Rathi Auditorium, HTGC temple, from 8 AM to 12 noon.

Dependent children / youth are allowed free of charge with parents. Seats are guaranteed only for adults.

Purchasing Tickets

We do not sell tickets online.

You may purchase tickets at the CTU front desk outside the Sama Rathi Auditorium, HTGC Temple, Lemont IL starting Saturday, May 23, 2009.

You may also purchase tickets in advance by mailing the required payment before Saturday, May 16, 2009 to the address provided below:

If you are interested in receiving an acknowledgement of the advance payment, please send an e-mail to info {AT} tyagaraja-chicago {dot} org with your name, address, check #, amount and the date that you mailed the check.  CTU will e-mail acknowledgements for payments received before Saturday, May 16, 2009. 

CTU will have your tickets ready for pick up at the front desk starting Saturday, May 23, 2009.
