We humbly thank everyone for their enthusiasm and participation.
We have a packed schedule of concerts and dance performances. We are doing our best to accommodate the registrants over the three days while being sensitive to the schedule and timing constraints.
CTU 2007 Scheduling Guidelines
- Only those registrations received by the Registration deadline — Apr 20th 2007 — have been scheduled.
- Registrants who do not get a chance to perform on Saturday, will be provided an opportunity to perform on Sunday or Monday. The specific Tyagaraja Homage time slots for Sunday or Monday will be announced the previous day in the Sama Rathi auditorium. They are likely to be early in the day before the concerts begin.
- Groups are given priority over solo performances.
- We are planning on taking appropriate measures to enforce the stipulated time limits of four minutes for children and six minutes for adults
- Registrants have to be present when their name is called. If they are not present when their name is called, their name will be moved to the end of the list.Time and schedule permitting, their names may be called again.
- CTU will do its best to adhere to the schedule as well as the sequence in which the registrants render their respective performances. CTU will address, at its discretion, any special circumstances that registrants have, on a case by case basis.
Additional details will be provided at the Sama Rathi auditorium on Saturday, 26th May 2007. CTU is considering options available to have parallel sessions going within the temple to maximize the opportunity for registrants to pay homage to Tyagaraja.
CTU requests the continued co-operation, understanding and support of all registrants and attendees.
Note:We are making a small change to the start time of the Utsava Sampradaya Kritis on Sunday, 27th May 2007. All participants for the Utsava Sampradaya Kritis program are requested to assemble at the Sama Rathi auditorium at 8:30 AM so that we can start the program at 9:00 AM
