CTU Mridangams

Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam rents out the following items subject to their availability:

• Percussion instruments (Mridangam and Ghatam)
• Sundry items. Coffee makers, cool drink servers and selected kitchen utensils

Please fill out the information requested below for Percussion instruments and sundry items after reviewing the CTU Equipment Rental Rates and Guidelines.

Note:  

• Requests must be submitted at least two weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks before the event.  CTU is not in a position to process requests more than 4 weeks in advance.
• For logistical reasons, CTU may not address requests until the Saturday of the upcoming weekend.
• We do understand there may be unavoidable circumstances where the instrument may be needed at short notice.  In these cases, please leave a voice mail at the phone number provided on the Contact Us page in addition to filling out the information below.  We will process your request as expeditiously as possible though we cannot guarantee a timely response for requests submitted less than two weeks before the event.
