The equipment will be rented out under the following considerations:
- The audio equipment is available
- The event for which the equipment is requested is a public event
- CTU Audio personnel are available to operate the equipment (Note: Only CTU audio personnel are allowed to operate the equipment and therefore, their availablity is important)
- The request is made at least three weeks in advance of the event date
- Appropriate payment is made online at least a week in advance of the event date
The equipment will meet the requirements for a Carnatic Music Concert with standard accompaniments.
Estimated Rental Charges
- The estimated rental charges for the audio equipment required for a Carnatic Music concert with standard accompaniments is $125.
- A very high end Digital multi track audio recorder is also available for rent for an additional fee.
CTU will respond with the actual rental charges within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the Required and Optional information requested below.
