The grand rehearsal for some of the major
CTU 2011 Festival group events will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Sama Rathi Auditorium in the
HTGC Temple from 4 PM to 7 PM. This rehearsal is focused more on the audio and seating arrangements as well as the entry and exit of the various participants between events. Seating arrangements for the participants who will be sitting on the stage will be finalized after this rehearsal. Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend this Grand Rehearsal so that CTU may better coordinate the overall execution. CTU needs some flexibility in the time spent on each event during the rehearsal. Therefore, CTU cannot provide specific start and end times for each of these events during the rehearsal.
