Utsavam 2011 Tickets – Call for Support

Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam relies on the continued support of its well-wishers to organize various events around the year including the Memorial Day music festival.  We encourage you to give strong consideration to the opportunities for sponsorship below:

Event Sponsors – $2500 and above

Event Sponsors are entitled to 2 adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2010 concerts CD set.  Two seats will be reserved in the front rows for Event Sponsors on a first come-first served basis. 

Event sponsors will also receive two additional admissions for the day on which the sponsored event occurs.  With their permission, the names of the Event Sponsors will be announced in the auditorium at pre-determined times on the day on which the sponsored event occurs.

Patrons – $1000 and above

Patrons are entitled to 2 adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2010 concerts CD set. Two seats will be reserved in the front rows for Patrons on a first come-first served basis.

Annadhatas – $500 and above

Donations from Annadhatas are used to provide free food for all attendees at the Utsavam. Annadhatas are entitled to 2 adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2010 concerts CD set. Two seats will be reserved in the first few rows for Annadhatas on a first come-first served basis.

Donors – $250 and above

CTU well wishers donating $250 or more will receive two adult admissions for all 3-days as well as complimentary 2010 concerts CD set.

Volunteers

There are several volunteering opportunities available at CTU. Please provide us your contact information so that we can reach out to you when assistance is required.

If you are planning on making donations of $250 or more, please send an e-mail to ctu.info {AT} ChicagoTyagarajaUtsavam.org so that we can better plan the number of complimentary CD sets to be prepared in advance.

Payments may also be made at the CTU 2011 Grand Rehearsal on Saturday, May 21 2011 at the Sama Rathi Auditorium, HTGC temple.

Dependent children / youth are allowed free of charge with parents. Seats are guaranteed only for adults.

 

Purchasing Tickets

We do not sell tickets online.

You may purchase tickets at the CTU front desk outside the Sama Rathi Auditorium, HTGC Temple, Lemont IL starting Saturday, May 28, 2011.

You may also purchase tickets in advance by mailing the required payment before Saturday, May 21, 2011 to the address provided below: Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam, 129 N. Ardmore, Villa Park, IL 60181.

If you are interested in receiving an acknowledgement of the advance payment, please send an e-mail to ctu.info {AT} chicagotyagarajautsavam {dot} org with your name, address, check #, amount and the date that you mailed the check. CTU will e-mail acknowledgements for payments received before Saturday, May 21, 2011.

CTU will have your tickets ready for pick up at the front desk starting Saturday, May 28, 2011.
